Frequently Asked Questions About Our Services

How Can I Book An Appointment?

You can call us at (919) 286-0779 or fill out the contact form on our website. We try to return new-patient inquiries within one business day, and we keep room in our schedule for same-day emergencies.

Every patient’s first visit is a little different. Some patients have been receiving regular dental care elsewhere and are simply transferring to our office. In those cases, the first visit typically includes a brief exam, a cleaning, and possibly updated X-rays.

For patients who haven’t been seen regularly or are experiencing a specific dental issue — such as a toothache, cavity, or broken tooth — the appointment focuses on diagnosing the problem and developing a plan to address it. Whenever possible, we’ll also provide treatment during that same visit to help resolve the issue promptly.

Every patient is different, and so are their dental health needs. Some benefit from a checkup and cleaning once a year, while others may need visits every 3–6 months. For most patients, scheduling a routine exam and cleaning every six months provides the best long-term benefit.

We’re proud to have earned the trust of thousands of local families and always strive to balance scheduling flexibility with patient needs. We view scheduling as a matter of mutual respect — we respect your time and ask that you respect ours. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know as far in advance as possible so we can offer that time to another patient in need.

Yes, we provide prompt care for dental emergencies such as severe tooth pain, broken teeth, or other urgent dental issues.

Yes, our teeth whitening procedures are safe and effective when performed by our dental professionals, helping you achieve a brighter smile without damaging your teeth or gums.

Yes, we accept all dental insurance plans except Medicaid. We file your claims for you at every visit, and you only pay the estimated patient portion at the time of service — not the full fee up front. For specific coverage details regarding your plan, please call our office at (919) 286-0779 and our team will walk you through what to expect.
